<P>会议要求，要广泛宣传会议精神，统一思想认识。各乡镇、各部门要结合干部理论学习、进村帮扶等工作，把学习宣传中央和自治区农业农村工作会议、中央一号文件等精神，作为一项重大政治任务，抓紧抓实抓好；要着力夯实农业基础，做大特色产业，进一步调优结构，延伸产业链，加快高端化发展；要狠抓督导检查，落实惠农政策，确保各项惠农政策落到实处、取得实效?/P>
<P>会议强调，我县脱贫攻坚即将迎来大考，脱贫富民工程即将迈上新的阶段。虽然我县“已具备脱贫摘帽条件”，但还存在不少问题和短板。各级各部门要严格按照脱贫摘帽筹备方案要求，按照即将召开的全县农业农村暨脱贫攻坚工作会议部署，拧紧螺丝、上紧发条，做好迎接<A name="_GoBack"></A>国务院考核验收准备工作，确保高标准脱贫摘帽?/P>
<P>会议要求，各乡镇要把中央和自治区加强驻村工作队管理的文件，原原本本向各驻村工作队传达到位。纪委监委、组织部要加强驻村工作队的督查考核，扶贫办、各乡镇要进一步加强驻村工作队的工作指导和日常管理，确保帮扶责任落实到位；各乡镇、包扶部门、驻村工作队和帮扶责任人，要在充分掌握全县脱贫富民各项政策的基础上，尽快帮助贫困户谋划好今年的发展计划，及时解决群众生产生活中遇到的难题，特别是对照考核要求，针对数据不精准、群众满意度不高等突出问题；要与群众相互交心，进一步核查上墙资料，手把手帮助群众盘点过去一年在各项政策扶持下，取得的新变化，引导群众说实话、讲实情，知党恩、感党恩?/P>
