<P>会议要求，各级各部门要结合贫困户“一收入、两不愁、三保障”指标和贫困村“五通八有”标准，认真核实、查漏补缺，确保我县2017年高标准、高质量实现脱贫摘帽目标，确保全县脱贫摘帽得到群众认可、经得起历史检?要成立迎接国家评估检查工作领导小组，并将扶贫开发领导小组成员纳入到<A name="_GoBack"></A>国家评估检查工作领导小组，明确任务分工，强化责任落?要严格对照脱贫考核细则，高度重视国家脱贫摘帽考核验收工作，上下一心，采取有效措施，着力解决扶贫搬迁入住率问题，确保国家脱贫摘帽考核验收圆满通过?/P>
<P align="left">会议强调，岁末年初历来是安全生产的关键时期，也是各类事故的高发期，越是在岁末年初，越要绷紧安全这根弦，各级各部门要高度重视，把安全生产工作抓在手上，记在心上，落实在行动?要提高认识，不能松劲，不能心存侥幸，要强化措施，按照“全覆盖、零容忍、严执法、重实效”的原则，深入开展安全生产大检查，要保持高压态势，严格落实关闭取缔、上限处罚、停产整顿、追究法律责任“四个一律”措施，对非法生产经营建设和经停产整顿仍未达到要求的，一律关闭取缔；对非法违法生产经营建设的有关单位和责任人，一律按规定上限予以经济处罚；对存在违法生产经营建设行为的单位，一律责令停产整顿，并严格落实监管措施；对触犯法律的有关单位和人员，一律依法严格追究法律责任。值守工作一定要严之又严，不能懈怠，坚决杜绝脱岗漏岗、迟报漏报信息等问题，努力为今年的安全生产工作画一个圆满的句号?/P>
