<tr><td style="font-size:14px;color:#5a5a5a;line-height:150%"><div id="egovinfocontenttable"><div id="vsb_content_2"><P>11?日，盐池县人民政府县长戴培吉主持召开政府?7次常务会议，传达有关文件精神，通报扶贫领域反馈和发现问题整改情况，研究?017年脱贫攻坚到户扶持政策补充方案》，传达学习自治区冬季大气污染防治工作会议精神和《吴忠市党政领导干部生态环境损害责任追究实施办法（试行）》精神并听取了全县大气污染防治工作情况汇报，听取全县布鲁氏菌病预防控制工作情况汇报?/P>
<P>会议强调，全县脱贫攻坚推进会对我县的脱贫攻坚工作做了周密详细的安排部署，各级各部门要把思想和行动统一到县委、政府的决策部署上来，以壮士断腕的决心、钉钉子的精神和更实更细的作风抓好脱贫攻坚各项工作落实。要把自治区第三方评估反馈问题与各方面历次督查反馈问题结合起来，建立问题整改台账，明确整改责任人和时限要求，统筹抓好整改落实；财政、住建、农牧等部门和各乡镇配合，要加快扶贫领域项目资金拨付进度；审计、监察部门要对扶贫政策、措施落实和扶贫项目建设进行全过程监督，确保扶贫资金安全、及时到位?/P>
<P>会议指出，各级各部门要进一步压实责任，做好生态环境保护治理各项工作。党的十九大报告把污染防治确定为防范化解重大风险、精准脱贫、污染防治“三大攻坚战”之一，凸显了环境保护治理的重要性，各级各部门要准确把握我县生态环境保护治理工作的问题和短板，切实增强做好生态环境保护治理的责任感和紧迫感。各相关部门要按照自治区、吴忠市党政领导干部生态环境损害责任追责办法的要求，结合实际，出台我县追责办法，制定责任清单，明确责任分工，细化追责情形；要严把项目准入、审批、验收和日常监管关，加大环保专项督查和整治力度，强化配套政策，拿出管用的、有针对性的措施，确保环保相关问题整治到位?/P>
<P>会议要求，各级各部门要有清醒认识，强化动态检测，健全完善全县布病防控监测体系；强化检疫监管，杜绝周边地区疫情羊进入我?B>?/B>强化病患诊疗，加大布病预防知识宣传教育，引导患病群众到指定医疗机构接受治疗；强化组织保障，继续把布病防控作为健康盐池建设中的一项重大民生工作，对建档立卡贫困户中的养殖户进行拉网式排查，发现病情，立即治疗，确保布鲁氏菌病防控工作取得显著成效?/P>
